I would love to give a huge thank you to Teena(GM) I think! The hot water was out early Saturday morning into Sunday when we checked out and although it was out all day Saturday and she was having a very stressful day. BUT she was very calm , she was very attentive,, and she was very remorseful for what had happened to the guest. SHE WAS Awesome! She did what she can to compensate I stay for the inconvenience. And with that I must say say that she was amazing in doing so, in the process.

I was very appreciative of how much was there to do when I arrived. I liked how there was something for me to do nearby, and when I checked in I was able to enjoy the pool in peace. Not sure if there were just not that many people there at the moment, but I enjoyed the solitude. It was also very convenient with how close it was to the Charleston Music Hall while being at the price it was.

Location and pet friendly quarters were nice. We were there for work and didn't use, but there was a very nice bar downstairs and pool table. The indoor and outdoor seating in the shade and in the sun options, were great. We did not eat breakfast on site but quick microwave breakfasts were available in lobby.

The room was so beautiful and amazing it was very spacious. The staff was very nice and very welcoming. Everything and everyone was just A1 they made me and my friend felt welcome and at home. We will definitely stay again.
